2019文化財ウィーク展示資料解説p.4(11)「大嘗宮とは、大嘗祭において天皇が神事を行う仮設の殿舎で、悠紀殿（ゆきでん）・主基殿（すきでん）・廻立殿（かいりゅうでん）などの建物からなります。これは、その大嘗宮の建物仕様書です。悠紀殿と主基殿は、大嘗宮の中でも中核をなす「神殿」です。主基殿も悠紀殿と同じ寸法で建設され、対称の位置に配置されました。神事当日、天皇は大嘗宮に出御（しゅつぎょ）し、悠紀殿・主基殿それぞれにおいて自ら神饌（しんせん）を神に供え、自身も共食されます。（Specifications for the Daijōkyū Constructed for the Meiji Daijōsai）The daijōkyū is the complex of buildings used by the emperor for the sacred rituals of the daijōsai. It comprises buildings including the yukiden, sukiden, and kairyūden. This document contains the building specifications for the daijōkyū.The yukiden and sukiden together form the sacred chambers that are the core of the daijōkyū.」
