2024文化財ウィークp.7(16)「幕末の佃島周辺の切絵図です。江戸初期に徳川家康と縁のある摂津国(大阪府)の漁師たちが、墨田川河口に移住し、宅地を造成し「佃島」と命名しました。佃島での白魚上納は、毎年11月から3月の間に行われ、八斗八升の白魚を江戸城へ納めました。また、白魚の外に魚の納入も行っていました。(New Revised Pictorial Map of Teppōzu, Tsukiji, Kyōbashi Minami Districts, Man’en Period)This is a pictorial map of the Tsukudajima district at the end of the Edo period. At the beginning of the Edo period, fishermen of Settsunokuni (present-day Osaka Prefecture), which had connections with Tokugawa Ieyasu, relocated to the mouth of the Sumidagawa river in Edo, creating a residential district they named Tsukudajima. Icefish from Tsukudajima were delivered to Edo Castle in the period from November through March every year.」
