2023文化財ウィーク展示資料解説p.8(24)「嘉祥の式次第について書かれた文書です。江戸城大広間で将軍から諸大名や旗本に下された菓子の内容や寸法、膳の並べ方など細かく記されています。8種類の菓子約1,600膳が用意されました。菓子は大饅頭、羊羹、鶉焼(うずらやき)、阿古屋(あこや)、金飩(きんとん)、寄水(よりみず)、平麩、熨斗操(のしくり)の8種類で、展示箇所は、右上が寄水(よりみず)、右下が大饅頭、左上が金飩(きんとん)、左下が阿古屋(あこや)です。(Kajo Shiki)This document records the order of proceedings for the Kashō ceremony.It includes such details as the content, dimensions, and layout of the sweets distributed by the Shōgun in the Ō-hiroma Grand Hall. Around 1,600 individual sets each containing eight varieties of sweets were prepared for this ceremony.」，文化財ウィーク2014リーフレットp.4「6月16日の嘉定の祝いの御菓子は、寄水(よりみず)（黄、白 30盛208膳）、金飩(きんとん)（草、黒 15盛208膳）、熨斗操(のしくり)（25筋盛196膳）、平麸（5つ盛194膳）、羊羹（5切盛194膳）、大饅頭（3つ盛196膳）、鶉焼(うずらやき)（５つ盛208膳）、阿古屋(あこや)（12盛208膳）、の八種類でした。1,612の膳に載せ、大広間二の間下の方に縦27膳、横26膳、大広間三の間上の方に、縦35膳、横26膳が並べられました。大鶉焼は目方が40目（匁 約150ｇ）、大饅頭は140目(約525ｇ)「このくらいの大きさ」という図と、真ん中の厚さは1寸2、3分程（約3.6-3.9cm）、という注意書きが書かれています。（Kajo Shiki (Personal Account of Kajo)）Like Item No. 13, the topic of this text is the Kajo ceremony held in 1833.
