特別コレクション42-9「山王祭とともに「天下祭」と呼ばれた神田祭の冊子形式の祭礼番付とその袋。「天下祭」とは、祭の行列が江戸城内に入り将軍の上覧を受けたことでこう呼ばれた。また、事前に行列の内容を示した番付の提出が義務付けられていた。その番付をもとに地本問屋（絵草紙問屋）が祭の案内用として、新たに様々な形式の番付を作り売り出した。行列の順序や山車、出演者名などが絵入で紹介されている。当室でも、同じ文久元年（1861）の神田祭の番付として、彩色二枚続きの『神田明神祭礼番附』（請求記号：332-C20）と墨刷り一枚物の『神田大明神御祭礼』（請求記号：332-C21）を所蔵している。(Banzuke (ranking list) of Kanda festivals)This is a banzuke booklet of Kanda Festival, which along with the San'nō Festival, were known as the Tenka Festival. In the Tenka Festival, the festival procession entered Edo Castle to undergo an inspection carried out by the shogun, for which it was given this name. However, this event required the prior submission of a banzuke indicating the details of the procession.It was based on these banzuke that jihon (storybooks and ukiyoe woodblock prints published during the Edo Period) wholesalers began publishing and selling all kinds of new banzuke as guides to the festival. They showed the order of processions, the floats and the names of participants along with illustrations.Also held in this collection room are banzuke of Kanda Festival from the same year, in 1861; the colored two-page "Kanda Myōjin'no Saireino Banzuke (Banzuke of the Festival for the Great God of Kanda)" and the Japanese ink-printed single-page "Kanda Daimyōjin'no Sairei (Festival for the Great God of Kanda)."」
