2024文化財ウィークp.8(19), 2005文化財ウィーク（57）「中奥には、将軍がくつろいで過ごす空間がありました。これは楓之間の先の庭に建てられた茶屋の起絵図(おこしえず)です。起絵図は図面と模型の中間的なもので、四方の壁や建具を立て起し組み立て、室内の様子を立体的に知ることができます。唐紙(からかみ)・襖の用紙について注記があり、柱は「赤松」、「吉野杦(すぎ)」などと付箋に記されています。(Copy of Pop-up Drawing of the New Teahouse Adjoining the Kaedenoma) This is an okoshiezu of the teahouse built in the garden adjacent to the Kaedenoma chamber. An okoshiezu is a kind of technical pop-up drawing, midway between a regular design drawing and a model, providing a three-dimensional depiction of a structure’s interior. This one includes notes on the type of paper used in the sliding doors, as well as additional labels indicating matters such as the type of timber used in the pillars.」
