2012文化財ウィーク（68）「「享保十四己酉年閏9月」（1729年）の日付が記されており、「本途帳(ほんとちょう)」ができる前の記録です。「御白書院格 上ゝ御家 壱坪ニ壱百六拾人」などという記載のしかたは、本途帳よりも簡略化されていますが、本途帳とよく似ており、本途帳の先駆というべきものといわれています。(Document recording the price estimates given by carpenters)The document shows the date, 1729, and it is a record from the days before the "reckoning table of construction work price estimates." The entry, "Oshiroshoin's residence: Requires 160 workers per 3.3 ㎡" is a simplification of the reckoning table of the price estimate, and it is very similar to it. It is a style that is a predecessor to the reckoning table of the price estimate.」
